The Nephrology Team is back to bring you another exciting program.  This year's online series will cover topics such as Chronic Kidney Disease in Evolution, CKD & Diabetes, Indigenous Kidney Health, Home Dialysis, and  Live Kidney Donation/Transplantation in the Era of COVID-19 Pandemic: A Glance on the Past. 

 

Unable to attend all sessions? We will record all Zoom sessions so that you can watch them on your own time.

  • Online sessions included in the CPD Subscription will be recorded and will be made available a week after the online session is completed. 
  • Individual Fall Zoom session recordings & modules will remain available in CPD Program Centre until June 1, 2022.

Credits:
This Group Learning program meets the certification criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been certified by Queen’s University for up to 3.5 Mainpro+ credits. This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and is approved by the Office of Continuing Professional Development, Queen’s University.
