Our Team

The Course Development team consists of two collaborative teams that work together - the Development team and the Production team. These two teams work in tandem to curate learning modules that integrate educational pedagogy, accessibility, state of the art user experience and navigation, a high attention to detail and design, and a strong knowledge of course development.

 

Mulder, Jeanne

Director, Online Learning

Dr. Jeanne Mulder is the director of the Course Development team. She is the primary contact for new projects and can be reached at jeanne.mulder@queensu.ca.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Development Team

The Development team works directly with the content provided by the subject matter expert (SME) to design an innovative and engaging online module for learners. They ensure educational pedagogy, instructional design principles, and online learning standards are upheld at each step of the course development process.

The Development team consists of a Course Development Lead, Educational Developers and Instructional Designers, Lead Instructional Design Assistants, and Instructional Design Assistants.

Production Team

The Production team works with the module prepared by the Development team. They translate the module into a learning software to produce custom interactive, engaging, and accessible modules for learners. They have expertise in graphic design, navigation and user experience design, and visual communication.

The Production team consists of a Manager, Production and Implementation, Education and User Experience Designers, Learning Management System Specialists, Educational Technology Assistants, and Educational Technology Interns.
