At the end of the program, participants will be able to better diagnose and manage their patients with kidney disease through an improved comprehension of the KidneyWise Clinical Toolkit and review of the most-up-to-date guidelines for diabetes melllitus, management of hematuria, proteinuria and kidney stones. Participants will also be able to describe what conservative care is and will be able to demonstrate how and when to implement it into the patient’s care.

Credits: This Group Learning program meets the certification criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been certified by Queen's University for up to 2.5 Mainpro+ credits. This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and is approved by the Office of Continuing Professional Development, Queen's University. You may claim a maximum of 2.5 hours.
