Lyme Disease Clinical Considerations

This module is certified as a 1 credit CFPC Self-Learning activity and is accredited for 1 hour of Royal College Section 3 - Self-Assessment.

At registration, you will be asked a few pre-session questions. When you complete them, you will be primed to learn; when you complete your registration, you will be directed to the learning module in "community resources"

At the end of this module the participant will be able to:

Identify some approaches to safe and easy tick removal
Differentiate between the local skin reaction to a tick bite and erythema migrans
Integrate current guidelines for tick bite prophylaxis
