Toronto Metropolitan University School of Medicine

The TMU School of Medicine and OPDES are collaborating to develop a suite of professional development resources for clinical faculty, including e-modules, webinars, and in-person training on key teaching and learning topics such as feedback and Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME). These resources are designed to help clinical faculty members thrive in their roles as educators, advocates, and leaders of the next generation of physicians, and empower them to advance the TMU School of Medicine's mission to improve health equity for all.

Office of the Chief Coroner of Ontario

The Office of the Chief Coroner of Ontario and OPDES have collaborated on a number of projects including:

redesigning the New Coroner's Training Program,
addressing the recommendations report about the public inquiry into the safety and security of residents in the long-term care homes system, and
developing and implementing an accredited maintenance of competence continuing professional development program.

ECHO Skin and Wound Care Ontario

Woundpedia and OPDES have collaborated to establish a learning community for health care providers based in Ontario who have an interest in skin and wound care.

Nishnawbe Aski Nation

NAN and OPDES collaborated on mapping the Opioid Use Disorder landscape in NAN through a review of literature and document analysis project.

Opioid Curriculum Development

AFMC and OPDES have collaborated on a series of online educational modules for medical students, residents and physicians across the country.

MCC and OPDES have collaborated on an national environmental scan of the requirements and opportunities for internationally trained physicians, and recommendations for practice ready assessment.

Workplace Mental Health Leadership

Queen’s partners with Lifeworks and Bell Canada to provide a premier Workplace Mental Health Leadership Training in a 3-module certificate program.

Canadian Association of Medical Assistance in Dying Assessors and Providers

CAMAP and OPDES collaborated to develop and evaluate a national accredited MAiD curriculum for anyone interested in becoming a MAiD assessor and/or provider in Canada.

Ontario Medical Association

OMA and OPDES are collaborating to provide a module-based accredited course on physician health.
