Dr. Steve Mann completed his residency training in orthopaedic surgery at Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada, followed by an adult trauma fellowship, also at Queen’s, and a lower-extremity arthroplasty fellowship in Auckland, New Zealand. He is an Associate Professor at Queen’s with a clinical practice focused on primary and complex/revision hip and arthroplasty.
He completed a Masters of Medical Education through the University of Dundee and is involved in a variety of educational activities both locally and nationally, including service as Course Director of the Queen’s medical school MSK curriculum, Education Chair of the Canadian Arthroplasty Society, and Chair of the Orthopaedic Chairs of Canada’s Undergraduate MSK Education Working Group. He is involved in a variety of collaborative educational research activities at Queen’s, with a particular interest in feedback and career choice.
