Bio:

Dan Dworkis, MD PhD FACEP is the Chief Medical Officer at the Mission Critical Team Institute, the founder of The Emergency Mind Project, a board-certified emergency physician, and an assistant professor of emergency medicine at the Keck School of Medicine of USC. His work focuses on the optimal development of mission critical teams. He performed his emergency medicine residency with Harvard Medical School at the Harvard Affiliated Emergency Medicine Residency at Massachusetts General Hospital / Brigham Health, and holds an MD and PhD in molecular medicine from the Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Dworkis is the author of The Emergency Mind: Wiring Your Brain for Performance Under Pressure.

1:00 – 2:30 PM	Simulation and Hands-on Technical Skills Rotation 1 Learners will be able to: Integrate acquired knowledge through simulation to simulated environments (Professional, Medical expert) Add new approaches to high-frequency and high-acuity situations in resuscitation to improve patient outcomes (Medical expert)
	Simulation Skills (Group 1) 3 x 10-minute simulations and a 12-minute debrief with a focus on complex CRM. Last station is a skills station focused on the management of the contaminated airway.
