The Queen’s Health Sciences Outreach & Summer Program (QHSOSP) strives to support bright and dedicated equity-deserving high school students from Kingston and surrounding area. These equity-deserving communities include students from low socioeconomic status, first-generation, racialized, immigrant, refugee, 2SLGBTQIA+, persons living with a disability, amongst others.

This program aims to build resilience amongst students and encourage diversity within the health sciences in the long term. The QHSOSP strives to meet this long-term goal through:
- Promoting health sciences education among equity-deserving youth
- Creating opportunities for equity-deserving youth in the field of health sciences
- Fostering diversity within health science programs
The program offers:
- Experiential Learning
- Monthly Workshops
- Week-long Summer camp
- Mentorship
- Academic Support
