Queen’s Health Sciences recognizes that Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Indigeneity and Accessibility (EDIIA) is essential in research, and EDIIA principles and best practices must be considered in both research design and research practice. EDIIA in research design considers diversity and inclusion to promote more rigorous and relevant research findings. EDIIA in research environments fosters diverse teams, leading to broader perspectives and creativity. Together, they enhance innovation and impact in research.
Below we provide links to resources and training to support the incorporation of EDIIA best practices in research.
