The research focus of faculty in the School of Nursing is reflected by the fields of study in the graduate programs. The MSc program has two fields of research: Health & Chronic Illness, and Women's & Children's Health. The PhD program has one field - Transitions in Health and Illness. All fields enable candidates to study the nature, impact, outcome and management of a range of health and illness related transitions: developmental transitions, illness transitions and transition through the health care system.
