The Queen's Health Sciences (QHS) Belonging Series is a new initiative to help promote an inclusive culture and a stronger sense of belonging across the faculty. Supported through Queen's BeWell Grants, these events for QHS staff and faculty give everyone a chance to build stronger connections with colleagues and enjoy some fun activities throughout the academic year.

Outdoor Yoga - Oct. 2 12 - 1 p.m.
Agnes Benidickson Field (behind Summerhill)
Join us for a relaxing lunchtime yoga session. No need to register, just drop in. Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
Laughing for Health with Rowena Whey - Oct. 16 12 - 1 p.m.
Biosciences Building - Room 1101 Auditorium
Evidence has shown that laughter is a great form of stress relief. Join us for some 'laughter at work' with local comedic entertainers hosted by Rowena Whey, one of Kingston's top drag queen performers who is sure to keep you in stitches. Register here.
Financial Well Being seminar - Nov. 5 12 - 1 p.m.
This financial well-being workshop is hosted by Pete Galbraith, a local wealth advisor and certified financial planner. Learn more about financial literacy and how to build a budget and plan for retirement, as well as estate planning as we expand our knowledge during Financial Literacy Month. Registration coming soon.
