Governance Governance Queen's Health Sciences (QHS) governance is comprised of the Faculty Board and three academic councils which represent the School of Medicine, School of Nursing, and the School of Rehabilitation Therapy. Faculty Board The Faculty Board is the governing body of the Faculty of Health Sciences and is composed of members of the Faculty, certain administrative officers of the University and representatives of the students in the Faculty.
