Dr. Chris Evans is an Emergency Physician, Trauma Team Leader, and RACE Team physician with the Department of Emergency Medicine at Queen’s University. He completed an FRCPC residency in Emergency Medicine at Queen’s University and a Trauma Fellowship at the University of Toronto before joining the department. His interests in prehospital and trauma care were enhanced by time in the UK, completing a Masters of Evidence Based-Health Care program at the University of Oxford, and a sabbatical with the London Air Ambulance Service (London HEMS). He is Medical Director of the Trauma program and the Canadian Hospitals Injury Reporting and Prevention Program (CHIRPP) program at KHSC.

Prehospital, resuscitative, and organizational aspects of trauma care.

Epidemiology of fatal injuries in Ontario; outcomes of traumatic cardiac arrest patients treated at Trauma and non-Trauma hospitals in Ontario.
