Health Quality Programs - Delayed response time due to high volume of emails

Health Quality Programs "Joy In Work" Conference (Registration Closed - contact hqprograms@queensu.ca to inquire about the availability of seating)
When: June 14th-19th, 2020
Where: Queen's University's Bader International Study Centre, Herstmonceux, U.K.
Cost: $2500 CAD

Join an international group of experts and learners to discuss the relationship between Quality, 'Joy in Work', Respect & Kaizen in Healthcare. Spend the week engaging in interdisciplinary explorations & critical analyses of topics such as:

    • The relationship between health quality, Kaizen and respect in the workplace
    • How quality improvement initiatives can be used to increase professional joy and improve patient experience
    • The impact of practitioner joy on healthcare

Speakers will include Dr. Mark Britnell, Roger Kline, Dr. Rachel Pilling, Dan Wadsworth and more!
