Common Physician Credentialing System
Common Credentialing is an electronic credentialing system that supports the requirements of Kingston Health Sciences Centre, Providence Care, Ongwanada, Brockville General Hospital, Lennox and Addington General Hospital, Perth and Smith Falls General Hospital, Quinte Health Care and Queen’s University, School of Medicine. This system effectively and securely facilitates the sharing of data for credential and reporting purposes between these partner organizations.
Continuing Professional Development Program Centre
CPD Program Centre is an office and event management/registration platform with significant administrative components and self-serve features. This highly flexible web-based application facilitates Continuing Medical Education program development, implementation, registration, delivery, and tracking.

Admissions is a complex web-based application that handles many of the complexities of our undergraduate medical and rehabilitation therapy admissions processes.
Medical Trainee Days (MTD) Data Collection System
The Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care requires medical schools in the province of Ontario to collect and report all Clerk and Resident hospital-based activity on a quarterly basis to the Ontario Physician Reporting Centre (OPRC). Queen’s University is responsible for reporting this information to 13 regional hospitals, and we write and maintain the software that facilitates this process.
