New Health Sciences Complex

New Health Sciences Complex

A new Queen’s Health Sciences Complex will create purpose-built physical spaces that: i) support integrated education and research across professions and disciplines; and ii) foster collaborations that elevate our work and ultimately lead to improved health outcomes across communities and cultures, and iii) places where our QHS values, including accessibility, respect for the lands and sustainability are reflected.

OBJECTIVES

Create a new home for the School of Nursing, School of Rehabilation Therapy, research centres, core facilities, clinical training, and more. The space will reflect:

  • our values, including accessibility, respect for the lands, and sustainability
  • our commitment to advancing interdisciplinary and interprofessional discovery, teaching, learning, and services
  • shared experiences, learning, and understanding to spark creativity
  • collaboration to support an exceptional health sciences ecosystem
