Moving from a fixed-time-variable-outcome model to a fixed-outcome-variable-time model, as CBME has suggested comes with challenges.

This webinar will highlight some historical, educational theory, practical and legislative backgrounds of the move from a model in which the time in training is predetermined, to a model in which time in training depends on individual progress.

Please join us for a group viewing and discussion of this webinar. The discussion will be facilitated by Dr. Kristen Weersink.

Please note: This viewing will be of a recording of the webinar, so we will be unable to submit questions. The webinar will be broadcast live on Friday, December 8, 2017 at 8:00 am. Please register directly on the Royal College website if you wish to view it live.
