Topic: "Recently (2018), there was a provincial patient safety incident that involved hundreds of cancer patients receiving less than their intended dose of chemotherapy. Each patient was reviewed by Medical Oncologists, and more than 90% of the underdosed patients were described as, ‘clinical harm unlikely’." - Katelyn Balchin
